Drop in - in person or on zoom on Tuesday evenings for a welcoming, community spirited meditation session. These session are a combination of guided and silent meditation drawing from various approaches to non-dual understanding.

About the event
You can attend these sessions in person or on zoom. In person - please arrive between 6:45 and 7:05pm. There will someone at the door to let you in. Before and after that - the door will be locked (its a public building with residential units). Our studio is on the 2nd floor and is easiest to access via the stairwell.
