free and open to the public

 

I facilitate 5 meditation sessions every week which are open to the public and free. My approach is a hybrid of direct path or non-dual styles. While I may reference teachings from Zen, Vedanta, Tibetan Buddhism, Mystic Christianity and IFS, I try to use simple everyday language and techniques to help people reconnect with their true nature. All of my sessions are drop in and relevant to anyone interested in the subject.

Every Monday Morning from 7am to 7:30 AM Central time. Please contact me for the Zoom link.

evening session

From 7pm to 8pm Central time on Mondays, the Evening session is available both in person and via Zoom.
