free and open to the public


I facilitate 5 meditation sessions every week which are open to the public and free. My approach could be characterized as “direct path” meaning that I employ methods found in both Buddhism and Vedanta to point people in the direction of non-dual understanding of their true nature. All of my sessions are drop in and relevant to anyone interested in the subject.

From 7pm to 8pm Central time on Mondays, the Evening session is available both in person and via Zoom.
